Brief Answer:
Fever with chills need to be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
Iam Dr.Srilatha gynaecologist.I have gone through your query.
In my opinion the presence of nausea and fatigue is common in pregnancy. The nausea is due to HCG hormone present in the pregnancy.
Coming to chills if the chills are associated with fever then the causes for it like any urinary tract infection(UTI),malaria should be ruled out by necessary investigations.
The complete urine examination rules out any UTI and blood test to rule out malaria.
If there is no fever and just chills then you need not worry. It might be non specific.
Nothing to worry about that.
Take healthy nutritional diet and adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day.
Antiemetics like doxylamine or ondansetron
decrease the nausea. So they can be taken.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
