Question : is this a bad yeast infection? i have clumpy white discharge and im getting tears.

Yes, this is fungal infection, not very bad.
You can use vaginal suppository for 14 days .
Tablet fluconazole Daily for seven days under doctor's guidance.
You can use coconut oil garlic boric acid vaginal suppositories.

i was only givwn one dose of diflucan. will that be enough?
