The SGPT level is high. Could you please provide the results of other enzymes such as SGOT, Alkaline phosphatase, GGT, Bilirubin, and lipid profile so as to analyze your condition properly and to give some suggestions?

Gone through the uploaded report of the lab test which shows the normal fast blood glucose and urine sugar.
I would suggest the following:
1. Avoid fatty vegan and non-vegan meals, fast and junk foods.
2. Eat home cooked food, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
3. Do regular exercise and try to loose body weight if you are overweight.
4. Avoid alcohol or alcohol containing beverages and smoking if you consume/smoke.
5. Repeat the liver function tests after 2-3 months.
