i am Dr Mittal
i have read your query
dolo 650 contains paracetamol at a dose of 650 mg
combiflam contains 500 mg of paracetamol and 400 mg of ibuprofen
efficacy wise, they are supposed to be equally effective
i therefore suggest use of dolo 650 first and if ineffective switch to combiflam
this way,addition of an extra medicine is avoided
