Hi,

In my experience I have never seen a person labelled to be HIV with the pictures shown by you. So you should not worry about it.
I checked them and found could be dermatitis since they are itchy.
Sweaty palms can lead to a simple, non serious and self limiting condition called Dyshidrotic eczema, this fits your description.
I suggest to apply ALDRY powder to your palms every 4 hours while working.
This helps. Do not scratch the dark patches.
