Question : These are some dark spots on my mother skin , side of chest area and under arms area , please see the attached pics . Is this a problem or what , her age is 56

It is looking like fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month and tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for 4 weeks.
These medications are safe and effective.
She can use these.

Hi.

I bought these medicines and plus did sugar test and Dr gave me a shampoo with betazol cream . What is cetirizine hydrochloride as he also gave these medicines.
