Are Delayed Periods, Back Pain And Cramps Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

Question : Hi...i had my last period on the 13th and my period are stable because normaly they always come on the 14th expect for last month were it happened a day before. On the 23rd of december 2015 i had an unprotected sex with my partner and he ejaculated outside he even had to rub himself for the sperms to come. I never took the pill afterwards. And recently i started to fill back pains they come and go..cramps that come and go...at times my breast grow bigger.could i be pregnant

1] Please do not panic.
2] In a woman with with regular menstrual cycle, day 10 to 20 of the cycle is most fertile period. In your case, it starts from 22nd of the month. Also, even he has ejaculatedoutside, precum fluid that gets secreted is known to contain sperms. So there is always a chance for pregnancy.
3] It is always advisable to take emergency contraceptive pill like PLAN B or i pill or morning after pill if you have unprotected sex in that period. It works best if taken within 24 hours or at least before 72 hours of unprotected sex to have it's effect.
4] If it wasn't taken, I will suggest to wait till your dates and if you miss your periods, I will suggest to get morning's first sample tested for pregnancy. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.
5] if you are experiencing discomfort in breasts every cycle it can be PMS- premenstrual syndrome.
FOR THIS -
I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.
Avoid substance abuse, if any.
Use of vitamin E, B LONG F, PRIMROSE daily for 3 months will be of help. Of course you might need prescription for the same.
6] Lastly,I will suggest to get proper sex counselling done for both of you. Use of condom is recommended; it will help to avoid unwanted pregnancy and will also protect from STDs.
