Question : I have recently had my first sexual encounter with a guy... I am also in a relationship with a female. The sex with the guy was unprotected and he ejaculated in me... 3 days later I got diarrhea and have had it in the week since. I had intercourse with my girlfriend 6 days ago and now she also has diarrhea, felt weak... etc. I am now panicking that I contracted HIV and further exposed her to it as well. Please let me know your thoughts on this... I am freaking out.
She also says she has "flu like symptoms"

Brief Answer:
Not likely hiv but do tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are not typical symptoms of HIV and not first thing to think of,but you should do tests to rule out some other stds. you should do it 2 weeks after intercourse. However, diarrhea is probably caused by usual microbes not related to intercourse. Wish you good health. Regards
