Question : I have been having double vision for 2-3 weeks, CT scan and MRI showed nothing significant. I have been reading about myasthemia gravis and I seem to present similar symptoms,ie; double vision, right eye not in sync with healthy left eye, droopy right eyelid. My question is: Is this considered a neurological or opthamology problem? My insurance covers neurological disorders, but not any kind of vision care.
Brief Answer:
Neurological problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you are having symptoms of double vision, droopy right eyelid, right eye not in sync with healthy left eye and CT scan and MRI is normal i think you are suffering from a neurological disorder.
As it is a neurological problem your insurance will cover fully for it.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
