Globulin was 1.8 g/dl ref range 1.9-3.7
Albumin/globulin ratio 2.7 range was 1.0-2.5
Ast 41 u/l ref range was 10-40

Brief Answer:
CT scan of upper abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your vitamin B12 level is high.

Usually excess vitamin B12 is removed in the urine

Also your ALT is also high.

Increase in vitamin B12 level and ALT is caused by liver disease

I would advise you to do a CT scan of upper abdomen.

Also i would advise you to take Ursodeoxycholic acid tablet twice daily with your doctors advise.

If you have more queries i will be glad to help
