hello, I have sent the pictures thru email. for the symptoms i have not felt any lump or edema(fluid) i am 33 years old . I also had chest pain for about a month seems to have less now tho, but only on the left and right external portion of the chest for about 30sec each time, no pain where the heart is or anything in the middle of the chest(within the chest). could that still be angina? or most likely nerves or anxiety? When i did put physical pressure on the points there was no pain. and not getting pain while exercising. thanks

Brief Answer:
Color doppler study as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and photos.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Since the problem is unilateral that is only on one side it is best to undergo for venous and arterial color doppler of the right upper limb till heart to get the exact cause so that a proper management can be done.
Getting the correct diagnosis is very important.
Also needed is a proper clinical evaluation, other investigations as would be advised.

Please get these done and give me the feedback.
The chest can be muscular; proper further evaluation will help to confirm or rule out the cause and get treated accordingly if needed.

I hope this answer helps you to get the cause asap and proper management.
Take care.
With Regards.
