Question : Hello Doctor. I am single male and i had made physical relation with one female some time before with proper protection. At that time, during intercourse, ejaculation occurred very early & lost erection. After first ejaculation, it had taken too much time for getting erection again. Due to this, i got embarrassed. I want to know that, is it problem? If it is problem, then what i have to do to overcome from it? Also is it advisable to take viagra to have longer intercourse?

Brief Answer:
No medication provided it was your first time

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to inform you that you do not need to do anything if it was your first sex. As a sexologist I can state that first time sexual encounters are rarely fairy tale in contrast to be expected by most men and women.

There is lot of anxiety and pressure when a person engages in sex first time coupled with inexperience which often causes problem. Time is also a concern during the first time as premature ejaculation is common phenomenon for first timers.

I also like to inform you that there is nothing to be embraced and occasional failure is norm of life rather than exception.

In case the problem is persistent over the passage of time and you are experiencing decreased sex drive or any other related symptoms it will be better to get evaluated in proper manner rather than taking viagra.

I hope this answers you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
