Brief Answer:
Yes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.
Tagamet(cimetidine) is an antihistamine-it can cause some CNS depression resulting in symptoms like dizziness, drowsiness etc though actual fainting is uncommon.
It will be fine if you can check your blood pressure to rule out hypotension as a cause.
Meanwhile, drink enough fluids to maintain BP.
If your BP comes normal, and you find it difficult, you can discuss this with your doctor and change to alternate drugs with low CNS depression.
Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
