Brief Answer:
Further exams should be done to confirm pinworms infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.

You are reporting to have fatigue and arthritic pain . to my opinion these symptoms may be related with :
- anemia/ Vit D deficiency
- pin worms infection as you are suspecting
- menopause
- rheumatoid arthritis

To my opinion you need to do further exams like:
- fecal parasitic test to rule out/ confirm pinworms or other parasitic infection
- blood work, and vit D blood level.
- rheumatoid factor and PCR to rule out /confirm arthritis.

If the test for parasitic infection is positive than you should start the treatment with mebendazole for all your family member.

Wish you all the best
Dr.Klerida
