Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

As you started PEP within 7 2 hours after the exposure, your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.
Sore throat is a common problem for any one. It may be associated with fever and not necessarily be due to HIV.
