Question : I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, nausea and dizziness for the past few days and I am not quite sure why. It seems to come and go throughout the day and is accompanied by rapid heart rate when doing simple tasks such as walking up the stairs. Is this anemia?

I have gone through your query. The problems you mentioned here can be the sign of anemia. Better to have a Blood routine test to rule out this.

Is your periods regular?
Are you sexually active. ?

From the blood test we can find out the type of anemia if any and can be treated accordingly.
