Question : Doctor I had sex(protected sex) with stranger last 2 month back I got flu since from 10 days is it is the symptom of an HIV sometines even I fell fatigue like wish to sleep always can u plse clear my doubt

Based on your history, having protected sexual intercourse , you shouldn't worry because absolutly there is no risk for HIV.
These symptoms are not related to ARS but could be just a viral situation.
As well related to fatigue I think you should exclude anemia doing a full blood count.
