Are Fried Foods Or Diary Products Unhealthy?

Question: Which is more unhealthy...cheese, and diary or fried foods? I've gone vegan recently and i have been eating tons more vegetables and good foods. way better than when i wasn't vegan however i do eat a lot of potato chips and what not. So what really is unhealthier dairy or fried foods?

Fried oily foods are more unhealthy. They may cause following problems :-
1. Dyslipidemia - your cholesterol and bad fats can increase.
2. Excess of cholesterol can cause atherosclerosis which can cause heart attack in later stages.
3. Obesity, which can itself cause many other diseases.
4. Increase in sugar levels.
5. Acidity and dyspepsia.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should take dairy products also in moderate amounts. You should prefer taking dairy products prepared from fat free milk.
Regular exercise will help you in keeping fit.
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated at regular intervals.

Well I will stay vegan. :) I feel better than i have ever felt before without dairy and meat in my diet. However i will cut back on fried foods. Does oil clog arteries ?
