Are Groin Area Pain, Dry Mouth And Mouth Infection Signs Of HIV?

Question: Hello Doctor , I have pain in groin area and mouth infection which is not going away. dry mouth and dust kind of secretion in mouth i can see skin in mouth is getting reddish in some places and itching and it all started with cough and fever 2 months back. cough went away after talking antibiotic (ofloxin and ornidazole) and all these symptoms started one by one. First after antibiotic mouth taste was alterd later dry mouth started and now pain in groin Is it something related to HIV ? . Never had sex but i am worrying becuase 6 months back a girl from US kissed me (smooch)in party I dont know know her.

HIV is not transmitted by Kissing or smooching. You can allay fears of HIV totally.
Hope you did not have any unprotected intercourse or blood transfusion or unsafe injections.

These symptoms are not due to HIV.Metronidazole can cause taste alterations.
The lymph nodes enlargement may be due to any wound or infection in their drainage area.Usually they are temporary .
Cough sometimes subsides slowly. You need not worry.

Theses symptoms are not due to HIV and the mode described is not a risk for HIV transmission.

Hello Doc, Thank you for clarification. Yes I never had any kind of sex and only thing was smooching which i mentioned. i have read in some forums that something called herpes can spred with smooch. Do you think i got herps. i dont have any infection outside mouth and also nothing around my private parts but is it possible that herpes infect only inside mouth and inside part of groin ? . As i have pain in groin i am worried if something happend inside ? and i have one more doubt if herpes come via kiss, doest it create genital herp ?

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) can be transmitted by kiss or skin to skin contact or as STDs.
The chances are higher if active lesions are present at the time of act.
It can be caused by HSV1 or 2.Both can affect oral or genital areas.
But act of kiss cannot transmit infection to genital area unless you transmit it by auto or self inoculations to genital area.
The symptoms in oral or genital area are unlikely due to herpes.
It presents as grouped tiny vesicles ( water filled lesions) usually within 2 weeks of contact.

No i dont have any water filled lessions and after the contact i have not observed anything till 3 months. and No i never did any auto thing. Is iy possible that these herpes happen only inside mouth ? or iy always happen with mouth also on lips ?

It can be asymptomatic in few individuals.It can occur in oral cavity and with or without lips involvement. It is unlikely with description given to be herpes in your case.

if suppose herps happen inside are those will be painfull or painless ? are they happen at back of tongue ? i get itching feeling but it wont pain but i feel some small dusty material comes from itching part and it goes awat in day or 2. Few pics of my mouth are attached. Please have a look

It may be due to vitamin deficiencies or stress.
Relax.Take some vitamin supplements.

Hello Doc, Thank you for confirmation. But pain and burning sensation in groin area, I got ultra sound done for hernia see the report attached. But this pain is not constant but some time it comes and goes away. Initialy it started with pain in lower back and then to corner of legs then groin. But now more pain is in groin and sometimes pain flows up to lower back and sides. what could the reason ? Is it a symptom of HIV.?

Hello Doctor, Thank you for the response . i also feeling a burning sensation while I ejacuate. It wont pain in urination but it feels some burning and pain during ejacuation. What could be the reason ? utra sound done and u already saw report it says prostrate is normal and lymph glands also normal . what could be other reason ?

Hello Doctor , Thank you for your reaponse. I have started yoga and exercise. one last my tongue root looks like infected or ulcered from many days it wont pain but it looks like and i get dry mouth some times and groin pain started recently past 2 weeks Do u think there is a connectiln between infection in mouth and pain in groin . mouth problem is from 2 months and pain started 2 weeks back
