Brief Answer:
No, these are not suggestive of stroke!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to her about these symptoms that you have reported. These are not signs of stroke and you should not get worried about stroke just now. Stroke often affects one side of the body and for you to report pains on both sides makes this even further unlikely. The most common manifestation of stroke is loss of muscle power and not pains at onset.

Have you controlled you blood pressure? What is the last measured value?

I will suggest that you take some pain medications like ibuprofen and Tylenol at doses recommended by your pharmacist to control this pain. I am sure you would get relieved and should this not be the case, then consider going in for a more comprehensive evaluation and management. Have you ever had headaches similar to this before?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
