Question : I am reviewing my annual blood test results. I have a high flag marker on the MVC and MCH values and a low flag marker on the RDW value. I've only done some research, it is suggesting possible low levels of B-12. ?
FYI --- My only current ongoing conditions for concern is fatigue and an inability to loose weight. Almost 10 years now. I have changed diet, etc... (no fad diets / 25 lb's over) organic - small amounts of gluten
I am on no medications. Last years blood test was positive for Hep C. I underwent treatment and my last blood test indicated no active virus. My liver showed no sign of damage or ever showed any warning flags. I would have contacted this virus with blood transfusions in the hospital in the 1980's.
I don't take any supplements, is it time to take a B-12?

Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
After hearing your history and seeing your blood report i think you are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency.
As you are having fatigue an is unable to loose weight i would advise you to take vitamin B12 injections of hydroxycobalamin with your doctor's advice.
Eat good amount of meat, salmon, milk, eggs, fortified breakfast cereals and some soy products.
