Question : I have twice recently on sunny days had my vision totally blocked by hundreds of purple dots in my vision. What is this? I have acute angle glaucoma that is treated. I have an injury to my retina in one eye.

It appears to be acute congestive glaucoma. So investigation to be done by an eye doctor. For injury of retina also treatment should be done. You must consult an eye specialist for further investigation and treatment should be done according to his advice.
