                                            High RDW value
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed both the reports.
Both the reports show almost normal results for pregnancy.
The values of hemoglobin, white blood cells and platelets are completely normal.
However, RDW is high which can be present in iron deficiency , vitamin B12 and folate deficiency or in mixed deficiency.
Urine examination is normal.
I will suggest her to get her serum iron profile and serum vitamin B 12 levels to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment completely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

 No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, No, other parameters in the hemogram report are slight variations, which are acceptable in pregnancy and there is nothing to worry about.
