Question : Kindly go through attach ECG & provide your opinion as it is showing ischemic changes. Is this serious thing. Is additional test require or not
Brief Answer:
Raises the possibility of ischemia..needs TMT or stress thallium
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Gone through the ecg. Its showing T wave Inversion in lead AVL, some flattening in 1. These changes raise the possibility of lateral wall ischemia. He should get echo followed by stress test like TMT or stress thallium done whichever is available to confirm the ischemia. Also, he should be started on Tab Ecosprin AV 75/20 mg bedtime till evaluation is complete.
There is also LEft anterior fascicular block which is causing left axis deviation.
Regards
