Question : when I eat large about of sugar, bumps come up on my skin that itch so terribly I cannot leave them alone (the skin around these eruptions also gets hot). And would this have anything to do with Gluten sensitivity?

Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.

The bumps you develop that itch is called urticaria. It is allergic reaction.
Since you feel it develops after eating large quantities of sugar, try to limit it in your diet.

It is not related to gluten sensitivity. Gluten sensitivity is related to eating wheat based food items.
Tissue transglutaminase antibody test may be done which will show whether you have gluten sensitivity or not.
