ten weeks now I lost my brother I've just been given miratazpine the most annoying is the lack of sleep don't have periods

As per the available details it seems that there is anxiety due to post menopausal symptoms. In other words cessation of regular menstrual cycle causes hormonal changes which leads to pain and anxiety symptoms.

As per the available profile I feel lyrics will be the better choice. I often use 75 mg twice a day in similar instances and get satisfactory results.

The other option which can be used is Pristiq in dose range of 50 to 100 mg per day.
