Brief Answer: Do MIBG or PET scan and Bopsy from the tumor Detailed Answer: Hello, Welcome to XXXXXXX Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It is difficult to say whether it is malignant or benign based on the size of the tumour. Please consider the following investigations. 1. a metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) scan or a positron emission tomography (PET) scan 2. Small guided biopsy from the adrenal gland and examination for pathology. Then review with the surgical endocrinologist. Hope this helps. Please reply for further queries. Wishing you good health.
