Brief Answer:
PPIs and gastrokinetics

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Yes, its most probably and likely to be related to GERD / dyspepsia which can lead to chest pain. PPIs like omeprazole and gastro kinetics such as itopride can help resolve the symptoms. If the pain persists then a cardiac cause must be ruled out.

If however, you don't have access to meds then an EKG should be done primarily to rule out cardiac cause without waiting for empiric therapy to work.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
