Lack of oxygen can cause those symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Low oxygen concentration in the blood may manifest with dizziness, light-headedness and confusion.
So if you have a respiratory condition which makes oxygen necessary and the device didn't work, low oxygen could well be the cause.
So if the concentrator is working now and you're feeling well now then it is the most likely cause.
If symptoms persist even though if concentrator is working then other causes should be considered as those symptoms are not specific, meaning they may occur in the setting of other conditions as well (such as low blood pressure, anemia, stroke etc).
So if symptoms persist even with improved oxygen values other causes should be investigated for.
Hope this answers your query.
