                                            Question : I was diagosed yesterday with bronchitis but have been feeling very light headed and very sleepy which is very abnormal for me.  Are these symptoms of bronchitis?

With bronchitis you feel little tired and fatigued but lightheadedness and feeling very sleepy is rare. We need exclude other causes for it. 
Were you given any antihistamine medications?
If yes, that may the cause of feeling very sleepy.

                                    I'm sorry, I thought that I mentioned the medications that i am taking, Z-Pac and Tussionex.  Do either of those have antihistamine in them?

Yes, on of the medication Tussionex has antihistamine in it. This may be the reason for you excessive sleepiness. 
Dizziness, drowsiness, trouble concentrating are also the possible less serious side effects of the chlorpheniramine, which is one of the component of Tussionex you are taking.
