Brief Answer:
Yes, can experience especially in women of your age which are PMS related

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

Yes, a woman experiences various changes in her normal habits during her period. This is due to varying hormonal levels. Usually, the symptoms you are experiencing is right before the period.
I was reviewing your case, and noted that you are 46 years old. If you have such symptoms during ovulation, then, it is due to perimenstrual symptoms (PMS). There are various symptoms of PMS, where clumsiness or forgetfulness are among the most common. Other include changes in bowel movements, strange food craving, joint pain, etc.

So, do not worry if you feel them as they are indicating hormonal changes.
Hope it answered to your question!
