Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Low magnesium levels have been linked to ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorders).Since adderall is prescribed for ADHD ,magnesium supplements is likely to benefit patients with ADHD; hence advisable.
However a baseline serum magnesium level should be done before starting supplementation.
