Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. As per our communication earlier, delayed periods can be caused by pregnancy, stress or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
Pull out method in intercourse can lead to pregnancy as it is not a sure contraceptive method, and sometimes while withdrawing penis, the ejaculation occurs and semen gets deposited around vagina.
Occasionally, the ovulation is delayed, hence the conception is delayed and hence the urine pregnancy test comes positive a bit delayed. So, you can be pregnant with delayed ovulation.
Cramping in lower abdomen, frequent urination, bloating are symptoms present in early pregnancy, but they are very non specific symptoms and not confirmatory.
I would suggest you to repeat your urine pregnancy test after seven days and get the further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
