Question : I am a 33 yr and 11months Old female (thalessemia minor).My blood urea nitrogen level is 7.5, SGOT is 35 and SGPT is 38. Creatinine is 0.62 .
Is low level of BUN with elevated SGOT and SGPT values à cause for concern.
I am taking 37.5 mcg thyronorm to maintain thyroid at tsh at 2.5 and vitagreat tabs. Had à missed abortion à month back for which à SnE was done.

Slightly elevated levels of SGOT and SGPT are of not much concern either.
The drugs that you are taking are also not responsible for elevated SGOT and SGPT ;levels.
You may re-check the levels after couple of months.
As of now, there is nothing to worry.
