Question : I have been feeling nauseous with burping for 2 days and have had the burping and fullness for several weeks. Could it be gastitia or gerd that has escalated?

                                    Brief Answer:
Hello. This sounds like more than just GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hello. GERD doesn't usually cause these symptoms, but an H pylori bacterial stomach infection surely can. You need to have your doctor screen you for that since it can easily be treated with a course of two different antibiotics.
Please let me know if you need to discuss this further
