Question : Hi. I have an apt on tue with me GD, but my symptoms have me very worried and by googling my symptoms, I have already diagnosed my self with cancer :(....i just need a rationale professional doctor to hopefully calm me down...for the last four days especially, but maybe even before that Im not sure, my appetite has changed. I feel full even after eating a small amount. I have waves of nausea throughout the day. My stool may or may not be a little more watery Im not sure. This symptom has since been go e but I was having pain in my ovary area on the right side on and off but attributed that to cysts. ? That symotom has been gone for a while now. I also have been very tired but that's probably from having an 8 month old baby and being up at night.

I can understand your concern.

Here is a rational explanation for your issues .

This is very unlikely to be a gastric cancer or anything similar to that.

Gastric cancers are extremely uncommon in this age.You are pretty young.

Nausea, appetite changes, early satiety could be related to either acid reflux or ovarian symptoms like Cysts.

For precise evaluation, I advise you to get an Upper GI endoscopy and a transvaginal ultrasonography for therapeutic management.
