Are Other Medication Or Tests Required While Experiencing Dizziness And Double Vision Despite Taking Omnacortil And Sibelium?

Question: Hello Doctor,
Hope you are doing well.
We recently visited you for my mother's illness and got brain MRI/MRA as per your advice and you confirmed that there are no problems with the brain and suggested to use Omnacortil for 40 days and Sibelium for 40 days.
My mom completed the course of Omnacortil 40mg for 10 days and started with 30mg dose. She is still having the complains of dizziness and double vision, however she felt some 10% improvement while using the 40mg but from the time she started using the 30mg tablets (past 2 days) she is having the similar symptoms that she had when we visited you. On an high level she doesn't seem to have any improvement. However, she doesn't have any headache at all
Can you please advise on this problem? Do you suggest any other medications or tests? or just continue with these tablets.
Awaiting your response.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Please advise her to continue medicines as advised.
Improvement takes at least 4-6 weeks of time. Therefore, there is no need to worry, if symptoms are still persisting.
