Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist.

You have abdominal pain and loss of appetite only for the past few days.
There are different causes of abdominal pain.
Taking the very short duration in to consideration I would say stomach cancer is unlikely in your case

If you are still apprehensive about it, you can get an upper GI endoscopy done which will show whether you have stomach cancer or not.

Dr.R.K
