You have noticed new outbreak of pimples along your back and you are concerned that you may have an STD. There are no STDs that I am aware of that your cause pimples on your back. I believe you maybe having more stress in your life that may cause increased acne

Thanks for your response doctor. Wouldnt scabies be a possibility? I have many bumps on the back and a few starting show up on chest and around my rib area...

Scabies possible but not usually found on back

Detailed Answer:
Scabies is possible but they are usually little scabs that are found between fingers and toes. The itch from scabies is quite intense. The scabies is a parasite and does not cause a pustule.

I recommend submitting pictures so I can better diagnose the rash.
