Brief Answer:
Post nasal drip

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Post nasal drip is because of a nasal pathology.
Please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture so that I can suggest you better.
Put xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day and take tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily for a week. this will definitely help you with your symptoms.
Follow up with the required information.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription
Take care
Thanks and regards
