Brief Answer:
would depend on the type of probiotic

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since the probiotics contain live organisms, use of antibiotics or antifungals along with the probiotics can potentially cause death of some of the probiotics organisms but it would depend on the type of the probiotic that you are using.

If you are using a probiotic with lactobaccillus or bifidobacterium then it would be affected by antibiotics

If you are using a probiotic with S. Boulardii, then this would be affected by antifungals such as the ketocontazole.
The ketoconazole would potentially cause the probiotic not to work as well but it would not cause any other reactions or side effects.

The probiotic should have on the type of organism that is present so you can see if there would be any effect seen.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
