Question : Hello Doctor,
I am diabetic and I go to the gym regularly. I was planning to take some protein supplements and searched in a medical who offered me "Whey Protein" manufactured by Elders. However, there was a warning sign, not suitable for diabetics.
Can you please advise which protein supplement can I use.
Regards,
XXXXXX

We generally recommend Glucerna SR for diabetics who need more protein in their diet. We generally recommend 6 teaspoons with water or milk to be taken at bedtime. It is a protein formulation made specifically for diabetics.
