Question: I masturbate frequently and i have started to notice red dots that itch especially after masturbation, i dont know if it is a std or what. Do you and if you do can you offer treatment?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans penis (Balanitis) due to contamination while masturbating .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
