Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
If the pain is as per your history and all the relevant investigations are within normal limits, you can take this as Precordial Catch Syndrome.
As you might know that the exact cause is not known hence there is no definitive treatment for such a pain.
Stress and anxiety are definitely known to be associated causes of such pain and control of the stress and anxiety by natural means like yoga, meditation or with the help of some medicines (you need prescription for such medicines) can help you a lot.
This syndrome is known to vanish with advancing age.
To repeat- I hope all your tests of EKG, X-ray / CT scan of the chest, Cardiac checkup are all done with and reported to be normal.
