Nexium
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Nausea can occur due to GERD.
But brain fog and dizziness are not symptoms of GERD.
The simplest way to know whether the symptoms are due to GERD is to take PPI medications like Nexium once daily before breakfast. You will get good relief. This is both diagnostic and therapeutic.
Lemon and other citrus should be avoided if you have symptoms of GERD.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Yes you can
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes you can take Sompraz instead of Nexium.
You may find signs of improvement even with one tablet. But for complete relief you may have to take it for 4-8 weeks.
