Question : My husband has been having severe heartburn even though he takes Prilosec and Tums. He has also been feeling nauseated and now is vomiting along with weakness. Could these be symptoms of a light heart attack? the heartburn has been for a few days and the vomiting started today.
I failed to mention he has been having hot flashes/sweats and trouble sleeping.

Brief Answer:
Heart attack is less possible
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
There are very small chances that he has heart attack, especially if his complaints worsen after meal.
But, to be sure he needs to have an ECG done.
