Question : Hello,
I am a male 47 years old in relatively good health. I have noticed a few times over the last couple of months when I urinate it appears as I have released a couple of small brown flakes. I feel okay, there is no blood or burning sensation. Cause for concern?

Brief Answer:
At least a basic evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You are right, it probably is not serious, but in a 47year old, I'd be happy if at least a basic evaluation is attempted. This would include a urine analysis, USG of KUB kidneys and urinary bladder, serum creatinine and depending on the results of these, we can decide if you need to get further evaluation. For the moment, take plenty of fluids. I doubt very much if past use of prozac would cause any such issues.
Regards.
