As the genital herpes usually produces painful clear fluid filled vesicles and doesn't appear the way it is appeared in the picture. On the legs the rash is like hair follicles infection or allergic dermatitis. And association with genital herpes is less likely. If symptoms like fever or swollen glands appear in the groins or else where then blood workup both general and specific for STDs may be needed but not at this level. The bumps in the penis were not painful and did not have any fluid

Flu can be seasonal or viral infection which nay resolve in a day or two while using anti histamines like cetrizine or steam inhalations. A course of antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin may be needed if accompanied with fever. Regards
