Brief Answer:
Insect bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

This is definitely insect bite.
Insect bite usually has a central dot with area of redness around it.
In chicken pox, there are fluid filled lesions which occur simultaneously all over body.
In my opinion, you should give syrup cetrizine 5 ml three times a day for 3 days to prevent itching.
Apply mupirocin cream locally at the site of lesion.
This will probably heal in 72 hours.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
