                                    Brief Answer:
Intertrigo most likely, steroid antifungal combination cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be either fungal infection or intertrigo which is inflammation of the body fold.
If it is not responding to Lamisil tablets then it is most likely intertrigo.
I would recommend you to apply a steroid antifungal combination cream like beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
If associated with itching take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
This should help in resolving it.
Regards
